Payment:
You pay, I bake! Payment in full is required at time of booking so I can source your cute cutters, spectacular sprinkles, and fabulous design elements! Payment may be made either through Venmo or via e-mail invoice. Payment is refundable up to 7 days prior to pickup. Your payment also reserves your pickup day!
Refunds:
We offer refunds up to 7 days prior to pickup. Unfortunately after 7 days we cannot offer refunds as your cutter order has likely already been placed. But the good news— you get cookies!
Order Changes:
Decisions are tough! Especially when they are delicious! But we’re here to help! Order changes can be made until 7 days prior to pickup. After that, all change requests will be under consideration and a small fee will apply.
Pick-up Dates and Times
Pick-up dates and times are determined at the time of booking. If you need to reschedule your pickup please let us know at least 2 days prior. Once an agreed upon time has been decided there is a 30 minute grace period for pickups. After that time your items will either be left on the pickup shelf or a pick-up time will be rescheduled.
Inspiration
We love inspiration pics! They are just that—inspiring! But your cookies may not be perfect replicas, no two cookies are exactly alike! We thrive on creativity and we’ll try to keep it close!
In a hurry?
While we can’t accommodate all last minute orders, we do make our best effort. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 3 days will require a $20 rush fee.
COVID Cancellations
We know you can’t control when you have come in contact with a person who has COVID or when you get COVID and we want to work with you. Need to reschedule your event? We can freeze your cookies for 2 weeks so you can stay home and rest!
COVID Care
Safety is our number 1 priority! Anyone who comes in contact with your treats is fully vaccinated. Masks are worn during pickup and delivery to ensure your safety and ours. We reserve the right to cancel orders if Covid is suspected in any of our staff.
Delivery
Local to Santa Clarita? Delivery is offered for pre-orders on Wednesdays and Fridays in Santa Clarita only. Delivery is $5. Need your cake or custom order delivered? If you are local to Santa Clarita we can arrange a delivery for $5. We love a nice drive, especially if that drive is past a Starbucks!
Price Adjustments
All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by the cost of ingredients. We always strive to make the best tasting treats by using high quality ingredients. This does mean we can’t honor old pricing (because the grocery store wont honor their old butter prices—darn it!)
Product Photography
Say cheese! We love taking pictures of the treats we create for you! If you do not want your cookies or cake in the spotlight, please let us know at the time you place your order. Your secrets are safe with us!
Pictures are with a thousand words
But they are not always accurate. Colors and lighting in photos may be slightly different than what you may end up with. Also, cookies in photos may not be true to size! (Which is a total bummer because I would love to eat an 8.5x11 cookie!)
Eenie Meenie Order Minimums
(That didn’t rhyme— We are bakers not poets) We require a minimum order of one dozen cookies. Need fewer? Check out our cookies at Artistic Exchange Market or look out for our pop-up events and holiday pre-orders.
It’s all yours now!
Once you pick up your order (thanks again by the way) what happens to your cookies, cake, cocoa bombs, or brownies is all on you. Keep em cool, keep em dry and keep em safe!
No Show= No Cookies
Your treats are best enjoyed fresh! Not showing up to the agreed upon pick-up time forfeits your order. But take heart, they will be donated to a family in need. Need to reschedule your pick-up? No problem! Please let us know at least 2 days prior.
Shipping
Los Angeles Cottage Food Laws do not allow for shipping. Darn!
Achoo! Allergies
Baked goods are often made with foods that can be known allergens. While we can do our best to accommodate, we can’t always accommodate allergy-conscious orders. Please do reach out though, we may have to perfect referral for you!
Cottage Food Laws
Your order has been made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by LA County. Our kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free, gluten free.
Refunds
While we want you to love our cookies and cakes, if you are not satisfied with your order, please return all uneaten cookies within 24 hour so we can assess rather condition and troubleshoot any problems. We will then determine if a credit may be issued for a future order.
Bulk orders
Due to the custom work required for each cookie, we are unable to extend discounts regardless of quantity. If you have a specific budget you are working with, feel free to let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to offer you a solution that fits your budget.
