Where are you located and do you have a store front?

Cookies + Creamer is in Santa Clarita, California. Specifically in the West Creek area. Currently I do not have a store front (although that is the dream!) I operate as a cottage food operation from my home kitchen.

Do you ship?

As a Cottage Food Operation I am unable to ship at this time.

What do you bake?

Cookies! I offer custom decorated cookies as well as classic drop cookies.

How much are custom cookies? Is there a minimum order?

Custom decorated cookies start at $65 per dozen and the minimum is one dozen. Intricate designs, logos, characters, and metallic increase the price per dozen. There is a minimum of 1 dozen per order.

Do you require a deposit?
- I request payment in full to reserve the date. It is completely refundable up to 7 days prior to the pickup date. Payment can be made via Venmo or I can send an invoice for credit card options.

Do you deliver? Is there a delivery fee?

I deliver to Santa Clarita Valley. Delivery fee is $10

Do you cater to dietary requests or allergies?

I am not a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen. I sanitize between every item baked, however it does not guarantee traces won't be left behind. Please let me know if you have any restrictions or allergies prior to ordering.

How far in advance should I order?

The earlier the better! Please order at least one week prior to event. Rush orders within 3 days are subject to an additional $20 fee.
